WICEN Vic: WICEN Training Day Sunday 6 October

Unfortunately, transport is now a major issue for me, and overnight
stays aren't an option, because from October 5, my Saturdays are taken
up for the next 6 months.

However, from my perspective, my only point of contact for WICEN (Vic)
has been this mailing list.  Even if I had HF up (still on the todo
list), the timing of the net is incompatible with my schedule these days.

It would be good to be part of this discussion, but there's a number of
practical issues with the proposed format.
