Interesting read, definitely a lot of work to do there.  Not sure where
I can help at this stage, first need to reconnect with the organisation
as a whole, as things look rather different out here it seems.

I'll have to think about it a bit more before offering any more
comments, but it does make me interested to be a part of the process.
