WICEN Vic: Gippsland Rally - POSTPONED - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Hi everyone

The Gippsland Rally has again been postponed.  It was originally 
scheduled for August and then re-scheduled for 16th October.

It is now notionally scheduled for the weekend of 4-5 December, which 
was the timeslot for the Alpine Rally (which has now been postponed to 
2022.)

The event has not been rescheduled in the WICEN calendar, but will be soon.
