WICEN Vic: Upcoming WICEN Events

Hi Alan

I doubt that WICEN will be allowed to hold this meeting, given the 
present COVID-19 trajectory (which suggests the lockdown will continue 
for more than the next 3 weeks) and the 4 allowable reasons for travel.  
There is also the issue of negotiating the checkpoints on the lockdown 
perimeter.

In any case I don't think it is prudent for me to travel to Melbourne at 
the moment.

But, I think it is important that the meeting happens.  Apart from 
anything else, there is some important business arising from the last 
meeting.

How about a Zoom meeting instead?  I am sure Mark can help to arrange.
