WICEN Vic: Weekly Wicen Report

Hi all if you're wondering why at present and if you travelling through
from Ouyen to Mildura and you don't get through on the repeater there's a
problem at carwarp with the unit there that is failing considerably which
is the real reason why they won't hear you in Mildura on 2 m I've had this
problem for 7 months finally got some action hopefully it will be repaired
but when is good question once it is I'll let you know which will be good
