Net opened at 20:30 hrs on 3600 kHz with VK3ZRX as NCS.

Signals were generally  good (good propagation).

Stations participating:

Paul VK3FPDA :  59

Phil VK3FDAA:  59, contacting local Shires to determine MEMPC (Municipal 
Emergency Management Planning Committee) arrangements. Mark 3MDH is not 
available this week or next.  Also - not much info yet re Mildura 
Dementia Walk event which is soon.

Peter VK3YG:  59+

Tim VK3MIT: 59++   Suggests that WICEN include members in the Coord & 
Commanders meetings via Skype, phone hookup, or whatever

Fred VK3JM:  59, check in only (80m loop works well, Fred!)

Peter VK3MV:  59, testing receive antennas.

General:  Oscars100 Hut2Hut - WICEN involvement cancelled following 
organisers' decision to use a 50-odd km course (for which comms 
arrangements were in place) rather than the 100km course.
