WICEN Vic: WICEN HF Net 11/7/17 - NONE

2 issues for me:

1.  No 80m antenna here ATM

2.  I'm not available in the evenings for nets.

I could sort out the former, but the latter is a show stopper.  The net
would be too disruptive of an evening.
