WICEN Vic: More radio operators needed for Rally Vic 14th & 15th November

We need a minimum of 3 more operators on Friday 14th and 4 more on Saturday
15th.  Most 'vacancies' are SOS points on the stages north of Warragul /
Drouin, plus there is an opportunity to help out at AWI in Lardner Park.

Thanks to all the operators who have volunteered so far.  I expect to have
documentation to send out next week.
