WICEN Vic: Reminder: WICEN Training Day Sunday 6 October

Unfortunately, it's not feasible for me to come down, as I don't have
readily available transport these days.  Staying overnight isn't an
option to mitigate this, due to commitments on the Saturday.

The agenda looks very interesting, and I would have otherwise been
interested.

Online training would be of great benefit to me, given the isolation
from the body of WICEN.
