WICEN Vic: WEEKLY WICEN NET

    	Good morning all,
Last nights net was held at the usual time at the usual place.
We had a good turn out considering the noise which started at a S6 at my QTH (Curlwaa, Nth of Mildura) dropping to a S2 by the end of the net.
Stations calling in were as follows,VK3YG  5/9+10VK3FPDA  5/7VK3DPW  5/9+20VK3KMG  5/9VK3UP  5/9+10VK3MDH  5/9+10VK3ARH  5/9+10VK3ZRX  5/9VK3SP  5/9VK3BBB  5/9+30
We welcomed VK3BBB - Brian, who was the winner with his signal to me, although he is only just around the corner and our wires almost touch.
Was a good net with a good two rounds.Peter 3YG letting us all know how wet it is down in Glennaggie.Paul 3DPW chasing Nelly Tower footing dimensions and engineering in regards to having pulled one down and wanting to get it back in the air again.Terry 3UP is looking at dropping his tower to do a bit of maintenance.Mark 3MDH has had his laptop rebuilt which runs the WIRES software and reminded us of Thursday nights ZOOM hook up as well as the ZOOM hook up on Friday for the presentation for BAREC.Don 3SP is in lockdown and has APRS now on VHF and HF.Brian 3BBB has some info that DPW requires.
The net was done and dusted at 2124hrs.Thanks all for taking the time to get on the air.One night we might get all 63 members on the net..............
Next weeks NCS is Peter VK3YG 73’s and stage safe in the pandemic that we are all in.
