I am sad to say that Adrian Mensforth has recently passed away on June 21, 2017.

I know Adrian is remembered by many of you and I want to make sure that you are aware of the funeral arrangements, which are:

" A Service to Celebrate the life of Adrian Edward Mensforth will be held in the W. D. Rose Chapel, 339 Warrigal Rd, Burwood on WEDNESDAY (June 28, 2017) commencing at 10:00 a. m. 
Private Cremation 
Donations in lieu of flowers to Alzheimer's Aust. Envelopes will be available at the Chapel."
