WICEN Vic: WICEN HF Net 4/7/2017

Net commenced at 2031 local time, band noise was relatively low but not much
propagation either. 

 

VK3ZRX stood in for the rostered NCS. 

 

Only two stations called in, plus another who was on frequency. 

Checkins:  John VK3BAF 57, David VK3XDM 34.  Also Brian VK3BBB who was
awaiting another station. 

 

David was very weak with only odd words distinguishable. 

 

With the poor conditions and small number of callins, no traffic was passed
and the net closed at 2040.
