Hi everyone

 

Attached FYI is a copy of the latest IARU Emergency Telecommunications
Guide, released earlier this year. 

 

It can also be downloaded from here:

As you would expect, it covers a very wide range of issues associated with
radio amateurs providing emergency communications. 

 

Makes for some interesting reading.
