Update from WICEN NSW Website:

"Update: Thursday 24th

Due to an improvement in conditions in the Lithgow region, WICEN has 
been stood down prior to the commencement of their duties.
Members of other Volunteer Rescue Association squads did work overnight 
on the 23rd of October, however it appears no further
VRA involvement is required for 24th October and beyond.

The VRA were impressed by WICEN's ability to provide personnel at short 
notice.
