    1. Y2K Equipment upgrade application - Deferred in the absence of XDE

    4. WIA Affiliation - New National Coordinator moving house. XMU to pursue after RoM
    5. Station at ARV Rooms - No response from Peter Mill. XMU to pursue after RoM
    6. WICEN Caravan - At meeting. 3FGC to take to BARG
    7. Antennas for Seymour Police Station - FGC reported in 3XDE who will send specs to Seymour Police
    8. Slingshots for hoisting antennas - FGC reported exemption granted. XMU to publicise
    9. Reflective vests - YYF reported vests arrived and being distributed at $10 ea
    10. Moving Web Server - XMU reported move complete
    11. Tents proposal - GER to send to BXG for opinion
    12. Mt St Leonard Digipeater - Replaced.

    14. Honour Board Update - Away having spelling corrected
