13.1 Action Plans resulting from the Think Tank regarding COM overhaul were considered. The paper "Proposed Restructure of WICEN (Vic)" tabled by Jamie 3 KPU and the paper "Possible Restructure of WICEN Management" tabled by Mark 3XMU, are to be sent by email to Region Coordinators.

13.2 The RECOM Draft is to be submitted as written.
