    1. Y2K Equipment upgrade - Deferred in the absence of 3XDE
    2. 6m Radio Bulk Purchase - 3XMU reported on 3CJK's remaining to be collected.
    3. WIA Affiliation - 3XMU tabled second draft of letter to ARV. Agreed XMU to send.
    4. WICEN Caravan - 3FGC
    5. 'Maintain Safety at an Incident' training - 3FGC
    6. Liaison with DSE - 3FGC
      • OH&S Procedures for plant & equip
      • Formalising roles performed for 2003 & 2007 fires
      • Providing assistance for DSE radio contractors
