    1. Arm Bands - XMU reported with ZNT
    2. Name Badge Distribution - GER reported almost done.
    3. Y2K Equipment upgrade application - XDE doing audit of sites
    4. 6m Radio Bulk Purchase - XDE no progress
    5. Phone callout system - XDE to get logs
    6. WIA Affiliation - XMU reported new NCO contacted. Will pursue when house move done.
    7. Station at ARV Rooms - XMU reported no response from Peter Mill
    8. WICEN Caravan - XMU reported electrics need attention. Will do in time for next meeting. Possible fitout layouts discussed.
    9. Antennas for Seymour Police Station - FGC to take up will local officers
    10. Slingshots for hoisting antennas - FGC liaising with DoJ re exemption
    11. Reflective vests - YYF provided samples. Agreed to charge $10 ea to members
    12. Moving Web Server - XMU reported done. XMU to purchase new batteries for UPS
    13. Tents proposal - GER
    14. Mt St Leonard Digipeater - XMU reported can no longer hear RMU-2, XDE will fix.
    15. QRG Records - XMU reported old static records replaced with database link
    16. Emergency Management Discussion Paper from DoJ - FGC

    18. Badges for Esteemed and Long Serving Members - XMU reported on order
